Wellness Night
The night will include 3 short segments:
Marriage and Family Therapist KT Kaupert will talk about self care. Sometimes we need a reset. "Almost everything will work again if you unplug it for a few minutes, including you." - Anne Lamott
Certified yoga instructor Sheri Sudweeks will lead us in some simple chair yoga - no need to wear workout clothes or have any experience! "Yoga is the balanced state of the mind and body and is often practiced using breath and movement. Chair yoga allows us to benefit from this practice while seated in a comfortable and supported position that makes Yoga accessible to anyone who can sit in a chair, regardless of fitness level or flexibility."
And finally we will have some time to socialize, because friendship is replenishment!
