This service is for everyone and is called “sacrament meeting.” This meeting consists of songs, prayers, and sermons (or “talks”) given by different members of the congregation every week. During a Testimony Meeting held on the first Sunday of each month, members come fasting and bear testimonies of Jesus Christ and His Gospel. This testimony meeting is an uplifting experience if your soul is needing a boost.

But the most important part of the meeting is when we take the sacrament (which is similar to communion) to remember the Savior.
