Meditating with Cheri Taylor, a certified meditation coach, can be a very spiritual experience!
Please bring a mat to lay on or a pillow to sit on, a sleep mask, & remember to dress is comfy clothes.
Please arrive on time! Interruptions during meditation is extremely distracting, so we will start with breathing. If you are late you will need to wait to come in till the breathing session is over. We ask that you don’t leave during the meditation & if you
do please realize you cannot come back in.
BABYSITTING WILL BE AVAILABLE.
