Living in California, earthquakes are always a possibility you should be ready for. In honor or National Earthquake Preparedness Month, the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services is encouraging residents to take the time to update their emergency plans.
About this event
To celebrate Earthquake Preparedness Month, many activities will be offered with this fair such as CERT Training, Stop the Bleeding Course, and HAM demonstrations.
Participating organizations will be PG&E, USGS, Red Cross, Amateur Radio Operators Club, FEMA, Cal. Water, etc...
So many things in life may catch us off guard, but now, earthquakes don’t have to!
